The Borno State government has felicitated with muslims ummah in the state on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In a telephone interview with Journalists, the Commissioner for Information Alhaji Abba Kura Jato said the Governor Babagana Umara Zulum wished all muslim faithful happy Eid-el-Kabir hitch free celebrations.
According to him the Borno State governor has also called on the people to remain alert and security conscious during and after the festive period.
Alhaji Abba Kura added that Professor Babagana Zulum also enjoined the youths in the state to avoid immoral acts, such as drunkenness, violent activities and other negative tendencies which are directly aimed at flaunting Allah’s rules and commandments.
The governor the Borno State Information Commissioner said has equality urged security agencies to work as a team to ensure safety of people and properties.
